A digital TV tuner is an electronic gadget receiving digital TV signals from cable, air or satellite and send to a monitor. For a TV Tuenr card,the monitor is a computer monitor. For a a digital converter box, it is a TV monitor. TV tuner card for PC could not be used as a digital converter box for a TV. The size of a digital TV tuner is usually smaller than television converter box.
