| How to uses a TV Tuner Card for internet download? I have a DVB-S2 TV Tuner for PC, which I uses it for HDTV receiving normally. But I know another important function, which is high speed internet download via satellite. I tried several times but still not got the result. Who knows the step for this function? My card is a Windows TV Tuner, a TV Tuner for windows 7. | |
